About Elizabeth
Elizabeth combines Sound Healing, Divine Light Energy Healing, and Reiki to craft deeply relaxing vibrational healing experiences. Her sessions feature sacred chants, guided meditation, gong therapy, singing bowls, drums, and other hand-held healing instruments, along with Sanskrit & Tibetan mantras for healing and spiritual blessings. These sessions leave participants feeling relaxed, refreshed, and deeply connected to their inner spiritual world.
With a bachelor’s degree in Music Performance and Ethnomusicology from UT, Elizabeth is a Certified Gong Therapist, Healed by Spirit Energy Healer, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and Certified Yoga Teacher. She practices Tibetan Buddhism and teaches sacred dance, ritual, and meditation based on traditional Tibetan Buddhist yogas and sadhanas.
Using an array of sound healing instruments, including a master artisan-made gong, large quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan metal bowls, angelic quartz bells, hand-held water gong, ocean drum, and her voice, Elizabeth weaves Energetic Light Healing into musical sound journeys for deeply relaxing and restorative experiences. She combines the clearing and balancing sonic energy tools of the gong and singing bowls with direct sound and light energy healing, incorporating chakra clearing and harmonizing techniques over individuals' bodies with her hand-held instruments and chants.
Having found deep healing herself through Sound Healing, Elizabeth is dedicated to helping others find relaxation and self-care through immersive sound journeys.
Elizabeth also loves collaborating with other musicians, and is a member of Music for Meditation band TriShakthi with Local Treasure Carnatic Violinist Ananda Nadayogi & Bamboo and Bansuri Flute Virtuoso Flute Raman Kalyan.
Elizabeth offers sound healing sessions at various locations, including Serasana DS in Belterra, Sana Vida in Marble Falls, Chillax Soundbaths at her home studio Dakini Springs, and Weekend Sound Healing Events at Samspra North Performance Hall in Cedar Park. Elizabeth teaches Restorative Yoga sessions with sound healing savasana at Samspra North on a weekly basis.
